What You Will Do

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented aspiring supply chain professional to join the team as our Supply Chain Fulfillment Analyst. Your primary responsibility will be to own the acknowledgement, allocation, and documentation of customer order and fulfillment data. You will do this by downloading reports from various EDI portals, following up on email purchase order notifications, downloading shipment activity reports from our fulfillment providers’ portals, and updating internal documents. You will collaborate extensively, cross-functionally throughout the organization. You will be a game changer by supporting functional excellence and enhancing the speed and accuracy of Chomp’s fulfillment reporting and drawing key insights that lead to making strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

      Order Management:

      Record new customer purchase order data in internal working files

      Reconcile online order systems against internal working files

      Update internal working files with PO revisions to assist with financial reporting

      Upload non-EDI customer purchase orders into 3PL fulfillment portal and internal files

      Manage backorders in fulfillment portals and take corrective actions

      Order Fulfillment:

      Update internal working files as fulfillment statuses change

      Reconcile internal working files against 3PL fulfillment portals 

      Update carrier shipping data on internal working files

      Download fulfillment activity reports from 3PL fulfillment portals and upload selective data into internal working files

      Upload carrier shipping documents to 3PL fulfillment portals

      Allocate inventory in 3PL fulfillment portal for all wholesale orders

      Lead internal customer order allocation discussions with key stakeholders

 

      Ad-Hoc Projects & Analysis:

      Support finance functions by gathering any necessary fulfillment data and updating internal working files accordingly

      Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and inefficiencies

      Support fulfillment functions by conducting analysis as requested by department leadership  

      Maintain D2C fulfillment performance dashboards

      Analyze wholesale customer ordering patterns

      Analyze monthly invoices from 3PL fulfillment centers

      Support periodic physical inventory counts and warehouse site visits as needed

 

Who You Are

      Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related field

      Prior experience in the 3PL warehousing or fulfillment industry preferred

      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

      Significant attention to detail, intellectually curious, investigative, and highly analytical

      Outstanding time management skills with demonstrated success of managing multiple concurrent workstreams

      Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills
