What You Will Do
We are looking for a detail-oriented, dynamic, and inquisitive person to join the team as our Inventory
Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and maintain inventory reporting and analysis
across multiple locations. You will collaborate with key functions including sales, marketing, customer
service, and supply chain. You will be a game changer in optimizing the management of our inventory,
establishing best in class inventory controls, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

  • Collaborate with facilities, warehouses and suppliers to timely and accurately complete inventory receipt system entries
  • Perform inventory monitoring and movements through internal systems databases
  • Conduct physical inventory counts periodically across multiple facilities
  • Analyze stock levels and ensure accurate inventory counts are followed
  • Prepare and analyze a variety of operational reports (i.e., inventory counts, lot code reconciliation, cycle counts, expiring inventory)
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on material locations and quantities
  • Assist in processing inventory transactions and material movements
  • Assist with the expediting of items that are out of stock or low in inventory
  • Collaborate with production team for optimal days on hand of multiple SKUs
  • Support month end inventory reconciliation with operations and accounting teams
  • Seek opportunities to develop and automate standard processes

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management or Finance or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Finance
  • Prior industry experience in food, CPG, and/or grocery/natural is preferred
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems or related inventory management solutions
  • Familiarity with cycle counts and accounting best practices in a multiple SKU and physical location organization
  • Advanced in Excel, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory variance analysis
  • Exceptional judgement and maturity, including an ability to escalate and ask for help when necessary
  • Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills
  • Results-focused, team-oriented, and strong work ethic
